At Khwezi Alliance, we have embraced the Agile Methodology as a fundamental approach to project execution, fostering adaptability, collaboration, and iterative development. In our Agile processes, projects are broken down into smaller, manageable increments known as sprints, allowing for frequent reassessment and adjustments to project goals based on evolving requirements.
